- Featured placement on your market's guide. Your profile card appears on the community and property-type guides you choose (for example Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, or beachfront condos), above the general contact options.
- A dedicated profile with your real credentials. Name, brokerage, Florida license number, service areas, specialties, and your own contact link. We display only what you provide and verify; nothing is invented.
- Buyer and seller leads from your areas. Lead forms on your featured guides route to you. Lead volume depends on traffic and demand and is never guaranteed; this is placement, not a promise of results.
- Home-valuation seller leads. High-intent seller inquiries from the free home-valuation tool on the areas you feature in.
- Scarcity by design. We cap featured agents per primary market area, so a featured placement stays meaningful rather than becoming a crowded list.
- Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Billed monthly with no long-term contract. An annual option is available at a discount when you prefer to prepay.

Does applying charge me anything?
No. Applying is free and starts no billing. We verify your Florida license and confirm the plan and your areas with you first. Payment only happens after you choose to proceed.
What does it cost once I am approved?
The proposed plan is $199 per month, billed monthly with no long-term contract, or $1990 per year if you prepay the year (two months free). Pricing is being finalized; we confirm the exact rate with you before any charge.
How are payments handled?
Featured-agent billing will be handled by Stripe, a standard, secure payment processor, on a monthly subscription. The payment step is not yet live on this page; until it is wired, the button is a clearly-marked placeholder and no card is collected.
What do you need to verify me?
Your active Florida real-estate license number and brokerage. We check the license before your profile goes live, and we display only the credentials you provide and we verify. We never invent or embellish agent details.
